August Coffee and Donuts is still on for tomorrow, 8-10am at the Chapter 57 hangar (2507 Overlook Drive). The back door (on Altimeter Drive) will be open.
Looks like it will be on the cool side tomorrow. Come warm up with a cup of coffee and a snack!

The Lewistown MPA Central fly-in breakfast is scheduled for tomorrow morning if the weather is good. If you can’t make it there, stop by the hangar here.

This coming Sunday the 9th, 7-10am is the Hysham fly-in breakfast sponsored by the Hysham Chamber of Commerce. Cost is $8/person or $20/family.

Thank you to everyone that came out for the May coffee and donuts!
And an even bigger thank you to those that brought food! We weren't expecting anyone to bring food, but it worked out perfect for the turnout we had!

We're planning our next two socials for June 13th and July 11th, 8-10am at the hangar. Reminders will be posted as we get closer to the dates.

A big thank you to all that were able to attend our first coffee and donuts social at the hangar last Saturday! And thank you so much for the donations!

We had 30+ that came up to the hangar including Boeing project students and parents, and members of Billings Flying Mustangs Club.
There was even an impromptu mini static display with Gary Herem's RV-12, Jason Smith's Sonex, and Tina and Tony wheeled their Rans S-21 down.

We've decided to try and make this a regular event through the summer and fall this year. The next coffee and donuts social will be Saturday, May 9th, 8-10am at the hangar. This social isn't limited to just EAA members, we welcome anyone interested in aviation. I'll send out a reminder later this month.

Are you looking for a gas grill? The Chapter is looking to upgrade to a Blackstone style griddle and has a CharBroil 5 burner (with a side burner) gas grill we'd like to give away in exchange for a small donation to the chapter (see picture). If interested, please call or text Pat Kenney.

Hello all!
With spring here and summer on its way, we'd like to start up a Saturday morning coffee and donuts social.

Our first one will be next Saturday, April 4th, 8am to 10am (or later) at the chapter hangar (2507 Overlook Drive). If the weather is nice, feel free to fly in and park at the hangar.
Coffee and donuts will be provided!
If you do not have a Billings Airport Gate-29 access badge, public parking is available right behind the hangar on Altimeter Drive (it’s not on Google or Apple
maps yet) or on the gravel on the south side of the fence. The back door on the east side of the hangar will be open.
There's no agenda. Just time for a casual gathering.

If you’re planning to come, let me know so we don’t run out of donuts! 🙂

Our first chapter potluck dinner of 2026 will be Saturday, February 7th, 5:30pm at the hangar (2507 Overlook Drive). Cost is $10/person and beverages will be provided.
