Meetings are every Tuesday (unless there is no school that day) from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Community Congregational Church at 803 Boston Road, Billerica. Troop 55 in Billerica, MA was established in 1937. Members of Troop 55 are citizens of their community and are involved in many activities such as sports, school band and robotics. All Scouts are dedicated to community service and Troop 55 has produced well over 100 Eagle Scouts as a result of the dedication of its members and opportunities the troop provides. Troop 55 in an outdoor learning and adventure program that consists of weekly meetings and optional monthly weekend trips throughout the year a weeklong trip and weeklong summer camp. Although outdoor skills are often the focus, trips also include science, technology, history, and the arts. Boys from Troop 55 have gone on to a broad range of colleges and universities, as well as every military academy and branch of the armed services.
