Crafts for a Cause was born out of a necessity to assist students with rising college expenses as well as provide help to low-income Silver Seniors through Community Caregivers, a charity focusing on assisting Silver Seniors during the pandemic and beyond Crafts for a Cause was founded by Cailey & Alexa, 2 sisters with a love of crafts & all things creative who were looking to start a "side hustle

" to help pay for college as well as support their charity that they started at the beginning of the pandemic, Community Caregivers, a group that assist low income Silver Seniors year round with grocery shopping & med pick ups and many other essential day to day services including extra support for grandparents raising grandchildren. We have several teens who will be attending college in the Fall that are requesting additional financial support with books, dorm essentials, admin fees as well as tuition assistance. Cailey made beautiful, monogrammed signs for her nursing instructors at the end of the year, several other teachers saw them & msged Cailey asking if they could purchase some from her and an idea was born!
