Community Caregivers US We are a group founded by 2 teens at the start of the pandemic to assist elderly w grocery shopping

CC was born organically when 2 sisters, Alexa, a19yr f/t college student & pre school teacher & Cailey, a sophomore in HS for health assisting ran around to several grocery stores in several towns looking for TP, chicken, pasta, PB & Lysol spray or wipes for their grandparents. Deb their mom is an RN as well as a Geriatric CM and knew of several Silver Seniors locally in need of groceries so the t

eens went shopping for them! The word started to spread, many people were stuck at home and desperately wanted to help in some way so they started shopping and doing med pick ups for seniors. Deb connected with the local Council On Aging & community food pantry and started delivering food to seniors in need.

URGENT REQUEST FOR A VETERAN: we have a Marine veteran who is in immediate dire need of a full sized box spring new or used. We are working with the veterans office on behalf of a handicapped veteran who is in a wheelchair and in need of a new boxspring and mattress but only the Mattress was delivered today. He needs a boxed spring today so he can sleep tonight. I also need someone who has a truck and can help my husband carry it in and set it up. it will be going to the river st apts. if you can help pls call or text me immediately Deb-978-808-7007. TY
