Join us for a casual evening sketching and drawing together! Bring your sketch books, ongoing projects/designs, or just bring yourself! We will provide light refreshments plus materials to share.

(Linoleum block printing class participants- this is a great opportunity to prep your concept in advance of the upcoming class if you'd like.)

Did you spot any of these beauties at the Monarch Festival this weekend? The pictures really speak for themselves but needless to say we were blown away by the creativity and enthusiasm. Our laser cutter could barely keep up with the demand.

For those of you wondering when we were going to be able to start 3D printing with chocolate and clay, we've got some big news (literally- Sammy added for scale).

We are the grateful recipients of a Gigabot 2 3D printer and new laser engraver donation for DigiFab! Huge thanks to the donors who made this happen 🙏.

The Gigabot 3D printer is big enough and adaptable enough for us to replace the existing head to print in alternative materials like clay or even chocolate. If that sounds exciting to you, come on over to the space and check it out as we get it online 😎

Good morning friends 🌞 happy rainy Sunday. Check out our September class schedule so far- some new classes and some returning favorites.

And for the first time since opening we are excited to be offering an introductory CNC class on our Shapeoko CNC.

Computer Numeric Control (CNC) routers let you cut precise, repeatable, and complex shapes or joinery automatically from a digital design, saving time and reducing material waste compared to manual routing. The CNC can cut anything from dovetail joints and cabinet panels to architectural models and custom signs.

Come learn the basics and get started with this incredible machine.

Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without 💚

Thank you Still Peaking for the awesome tubeless tire repair workshop and the Bethel Community Mending and Upcycle crew for joining us at the makerspace. This was a week full of conversations on how we can repair and care for our things.

We will be hosting more events like this including a craft materials exchange in the fall 🍁 so keep your eyes peeled!

👉if you're a person who loves repair and reuse- come help us sort and clean the donated tools for our tool library on September 5th 10-4pm.

Do you have a kiddo who is really into computers? This is the perfect workshop for them to learn some real skills!

In this day-long coding adventure! Kids learn the building blocks of web development — HTML and CSS — and build a website from scratch to take home.

9am - 12pm Class time

12pm - 1pm Lunch (bring your own - fridge available)

1pm - 2pm Work time

2:30pm - 3pm - Presentations — parents/guardians welcome to join!
