Our speakers today were Birch Allen and Dustin Sysko of West Bethel Makerspace. The nonprofit provides workspace and tools to people with innovative plans and ideas in order to foster economic development and innovation, and support curiosity, learning, and community.
There is a wood shop, a metal shop, digital fabrication, laser cutting and other resources, so people don't have to spend a lot on equipment and tools to develop their ideas into products. WBM also offers courses in related skills.
