Berwick Blueprint Community will be honored to provide a letter of support to Community Strategies Group for their August 31 application to PA DCED Main Street Matters as the next step in bringing Bolstrum Retail Village to reality. One step at time, using community feedback as a guide.

Our first Blueprint neighborhood continues to see new investment. Sponsler's Park received extensive renovations recently, and this week new blight remediation begins. It's difficult to see homes of our youth fall into disrepair, but it happens in every community at various points in time. The communities that address it and rebuild are the communities that stand the test of time and thrive.

Signage and pedestrian safety were common points of emphasis among Berwick residents during our planning process. Berwick Borough continues to do their part to convert the Berwick Blueprint Plan into action.

The Berwick Blueprint Plan is informing real downtown development strategy. Tell Community Strategies Group what kind of downtown retail you're looking for. CSG won't create the businesses, but this information will certainly help them in creating the opportunity for local entrepreneurs.
