The 2026 Kelly Rodman Memorial Summer Rivalry Classic was played at Bentley University on Oct 4. It was a competitive game with plenty of Be Great Today energy. A special thank you to the Umps Care Charity for their generous donation and for their great work calling the game❤️⚾️💙. Thank you to the players and scouts for keeping the tradition, and being a highlight in Kelly’s favorite season……fall ball🍁⚾️🍎.

In honor of Kelly’s 51st heavenly birthday (9/23) and a few days before “Dolly Parton Day” (9/25), we would like to honor these two book lovers. Kelly had over 1500 baseball books in her collection, and a great majority have been donated to local libraries as well as shared with family and friends alike. Dolly started the Imagination Library which has donated 1000’s of books to kids, and continues to do so present day. From now until Sept 30th, for every $50 donation to the foundation, we will donate a signed copy of The Greatest Rescue to a school library or classroom of your choice in the United States. ❤️⚾️📚💙 #🩷🦋 https://www.thekellyrodmanbaseballfoundation.org/donate-now

Thank you again to everyone that came out last weekend and endured the elements of Mother Nature. Sometimes “Be Great Today” is simply showing up!! We appreciate the generosity of our sponsors, donors and friends of the foundation that have made this bigger and better the last 5 years. This was our most successful fundraising event to date despite the unseasonable temperatures, wind chill, wind gusts and rain. The Be Great Today crew was all that and more, and exemplified how a team can make any situation better. Charlie is already counting the days and can’t wait to wear her personalized team jersey that was gifted to her🐶⚾️🇺🇸. ❤️⚾️⛳️💙

Sometimes Being Great Today is just showing up. Thank you to everyone that withstood every weather element she threw at us! It appears the more challenging the conditions, the more successful the event.
It continues to be the greatest day with the greatest people, and the 5th annual was all that and more. This is only possible because of the incredible support from our sponsors, donors, and loyal participants (YOU always show up for Kelly❤️⚾️💙). Thank you to Jack and his staff at Putter’s Paradise⛳️. Last and certainly not least, we are thankful, grateful and blessed for the be great today crew. We make a great team, and Charlie loves her teammates🐶❤️
