We had an incredible day connecting at our Eastside Pathways All-Partner Meeting, diving into the deep, necessary conversations that shape how we support our youth

It is easy to look at successful data and assume everything is working out. But the real work happens when we stop, look closer, and ask ourselves the most important question: Who are we missing?

When our local partners sit at the table together, we aren’t just looking for shiny numbers. We are committing to the honest, human work it takes to ensure no youth or child is left invisible in our community!

Thank you to everyone who brought their heart and perspective to the table today. We are building this together, piece by piece🤝

Our All Partner Meeting is an opportunity to reconnect across organizations, sectors, and communities, strengthen relationships, and keep moving our collective work forward.

At Eastside Pathways, we believe lasting systems change isn’t the work of any one organization. It happens when we bring our experiences, resources, relationships, and ideas together around a shared vision for children, youth, and families.

We’re looking forward to gathering with our partners, learning from one another, and continuing to build what’s possible, together.

Some systems change takes years before you can see the whole story.

At our first strategic planning session, Pizza with a Purpose gave us a powerful example: 13 years, multiple leaders, five superintendents, changing budgets and shifting political environments, yet the work continued.

That's the long game of Collective Impact.

As Eastside Pathways celebrates 15 years and looks toward 2027–2030, we're asking more than, “What are our SMART goals?”

We're asking:

Where do community needs and partner capacity converge?
What can we collectively change?
What can we build that can survive leadership transitions?
And what might still be creating impact 10 years from now?

We aren't just planning our next chapter.

We're building for staying power.
