Meet Cammie Crouse—a shining example of what’s possible with the right support! 🌟

Cammie recently graduated from the CCBC Police Academy, a dream made reality thanks to the United Works program. Through our partnership with Job Training for Beaver County, United Works helps ALICE individuals break through financial barriers and access life-changing educational opportunities.

“The funding from United Works has been incredibly helpful! This support has been invaluable in helping me pursue my career goals in law enforcement,” Cammie shares. Are you ready to take the next step in your career?

Here’s how you can qualify for United Works:
✔️Be 18 years of age or older
✔️Have a high school diploma or GED
✔️Reside in Beaver County
✔️Provide verification that current household income is under ALICE household survival budget guidelines.
✔️Be accepted into an eligible CCBC training program, an eligible Penn State Beaver training program, or a building and construction trades pre-apprenticeship or registered apprenticeship program

Through community education, advocacy, partnerships and direct support initiatives, we have continued to bring attention to the growing challenges facing ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) families throughout Beaver County - our neighbors who work hard every day but still struggle to afford basic necessities such as housing, childcare, transportation, food and healthcare.
