Brighton UP Brighton UP is a grassroots volunteer initiative seeking to improve community life for New Brighton, Pennsylvania residents, business owners, and visitors.

Established exclusively for charitable purposes, The Brighton UP Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with the authority to petition for grants, assist community development organizations, and provide tax deductions to donors. The motto of Brighton UP is “One Community, One Goal,” and we seek to improve New Brighton for all who experience it. THE STEERING COMMITTEE

Do you have special skills, tools, or hobbies that you’d love to put to use for a good cause? Brighton UP is an excellent opportunity for individuals and groups looking to make a difference. Volunteer opportunities can range from a few hours of your time to seeing through a project from start to finish. We invite you to join us on Saturday, June 20, as the New Brighton School-District and New Brighton Borough launch the first "comMITTment to Cleanup New Brighton". This event is held in loving memory of Don Mittner, a man whose life was defined by his dedication to the New Brighton community and the School District. To honor Don’s legacy of service, we are coming together to keep our town beautiful and vibrant.

Event Details:
1. When: Saturday, June 20 at 8:00 AM
2. Where: Townsend Park (supplies will be distributed upon arrival)
3. Perks: Complimentary coffee and doughnuts for all volunteers
