What a wonderful day of community, fellowship, and service at our Open House! 🇺🇸☕️

We were honored to welcome parishioners, friends, and community members under our roof following Masses on Flag Day. Many visitors were stepping inside our doors for the very first time and learning about the mission that takes place here every day! 👏

Lowcountry Outreach was created by St. Peter's Catholic Church, Beaufort, SC to identify and fulfill unmet needs for essential services in Northern Beaufort County by bringing nonprofits, volunteers, and support services together under one roof 🏠

Today, more than 20 partner organizations utilize our space to provide legal assistance, transportation, support groups, educational programs, wellness resources, and SO much more!

Thank you to everyone who joined us, to the Knights of Columbus for their beautiful Flag Day ceremony, and to all who took the time to learn more about how we're working to be a Light for Beaufort 🌟🌴

Under this roof 🏠, Lowcountry Legal Volunteers brings free civil legal services closer to home for our neighbors in-need.

Meet MLP Director and Attorney, Hannah Kidd, of Lowcountry Legal Volunteers ! 👋

Since opening a satellite office at Lowcountry Outreach in 2023, Lowcountry Legal Volunteers has expanded its ability to serve residents in Northern Beaufort County by bringing free civil legal services closer to those who need them most.

Through the support of dedicated volunteers — including attorneys, paralegals, teachers, students, and community members — they help neighbors navigate legal challenges that can impact housing, family stability, life planning, and more.

At Lowcountry Outreach, we believe that support only matters if people can reach it. By bringing trusted organizations together under one roof, we're helping remove barriers, strengthen partnerships, and create new pathways to support for our community.

We're opening our doors after the 9AM and 11AM Masses at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Beaufort, SC for a special Open House with Saint Peter's Coffee & Donuts, community fellowship, and an opportunity to learn how Lowcountry Outreach is helping connect neighbors to essential services throughout Beaufort County.
