Huge shoutout and an enormous THANK YOU to the incredible members of the Consumers Energy Women in Energy group who spent their day volunteering with us yesterday! 🧡✨

These amazing women rolled up their sleeves and brought so much heart to our mission. Not only did they help us sort bras to support local women in need, but they also sat on a deeply impactful panel for 20 of our recent program graduates.

They didn't hold back, sharing real, and invaluable wisdom on topics that matter most:
💼 Navigating the "hidden rules" of the corporate world
🛠️ Thriving in male-dominated industries
🌟 Thriving as a career woman and a mom

Hearing firsthand accounts from successful women who "walk the walk" was an unforgettable experience for our graduates as they take their next steps toward career success and financial independence.
