Lighthouse Beginnings will assist in the reintegration of individuals in recovery or formerly incarcerated back into society by focusing on housing, business development, employment, sobriety, and holistic human services.

Position Title: Recovery Navigator

Help others build a healthy life in recovery as part of Recovery Corps! Lighthouse Beginnings Baxter is looking for great people to provide peer support to those in recovery from substance use disorders.

Recovery Navigators are peers who work one-on-one with the people they are serving. As someone with lived experience in recovery, navigators offer individual support and mentoring to people as they work to achieve their personal recovery goals.

This is an AmeriCorps member position with Recovery Corps. By giving your time as a Recovery Navigator, you’ll gain professional experience as you help make recovery possible for more people.

Member Perks

• A paycheck every two weeks

• Additional money for college tuition or student loans. Members aged 55 and older may gift this to their child, grandchild, stepchild, step-grandchild, or foster child

• Federal student loan forbearance and interest repayment

• Free individual health insurance for full-time members

• Child care assistance – based on family size and income

We are rolling into YEAR TWO!🎳😄 Join us for our Second Annual Recovery Night Bowling at Jack's House on Friday July 10th from 5pm-9pm!

Last year was an incredible success filled with laughter, good food, and most importantly the celebration of connection. There will be a free taco bar, shoe rental and two games for $12 per person, and a reduced price of $60 for the family fun pack that includes unlimited bowling and shoes for two hours on one lane and a pitcher of pop! 🌮🎳

On Monday in Eagan, Lighthouse Beginnings was honored at the Minnesota Alliance of Recovery Community Organizations event, selected from Recovery Community Organizations across all of Minnesota for our peer recovery support services.

That kind of recognition doesn’t come easy.
It reflects consistent, peer-led work, real impact, and a standard of care that’s held across the entire state.
