At Palacios this week, our students are working on self portraits! Our self portraits will communicate more than what our students look like. Artists can use facial expressions, clothing, objects, symbols, background, line, and composition to communicate their individuality as a form of freedom. 😆Joseph, Kurt Perque

🌟 **Happy Labor Day from Palacios House of Arts!** 🌟

Today, we celebrate the dedication, passion, and hard work of everyone who contributes to our community—and especially our **wonderful teachers and artists at PHOA**. 🎶🎨💃📚

Thank you for sharing your talent, creativity, patience, and love for the arts with our students. Every lesson, every rehearsal, every project, and every moment of encouragement helps a young person discover their voice and believe in their own potential.

**Your work matters. Your dedication inspires. And the impact you make goes far beyond the classroom.** ❤️

To our PHOA family and to everyone who works every day to make a difference:

🇺🇸 **Happy Labor Day!**
May you enjoy a well-deserved day of rest, gratitude, and celebration.

With appreciation,
**Palacios House of Arts** 🎶🎨✨
