Louisiana Engineering Society The Louisiana Engineering Society is the recognized advocate of all licensed engineers in the state of Louisiana.

Founded in 1898, the Louisiana Engineering Society is dedicated to promoting and protecting the engineering profession and works closely with other organizations on issues that are important and critical to the profession. The LES Board and Staff are dedicated to serving the membership and are here to serve the profession and the public.

🌟 Board Member Spotlight 🌟

This week, we're proud to feature Jonathan Ratliff, M.S.E., P.E., a dedicated member of the Louisiana Engineering Society.

Jonathan is the Group Leader – Public Works at Forte & Tablada, Inc. and has spent the past 9 years working in Civil Engineering. After joining LES shortly after graduation, Jonathan became more involved at the chapter level and gained a deeper appreciation for the Society's role in supporting and protecting the engineering profession in Louisiana.

From building connections with fellow engineers to helping advance the profession, Jonathan continues to make an impact through his involvement with LES. Thank you, Jonathan, for your leadership, service, and commitment to carrying the profession forward!

We’d like to take a minute to thank all of our players, sponsors, and volunteers who helped make yesterday’s LES State Golf Tournament a huge success. We had a great day on the course and appreciate everyone who came out to support the Louisiana Engineering Foundation Scholarship Program!
