Please help one of our very own members, Sorel. She is riding 450 miles in the Gulf Coast Brotherhood ride, to honor and remember fallen first responders from Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Please if you can make a small donation to help Sorel and the Gulf Coast Brotherhood Foundation.

Thank you

💚Mayday Alert for the Wilson family💚

Illinois’ FF Walt Wilson is a member of the Rockton Fire Protection District and is the father of a three-year-old daughter who was recently diagnosed with juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML). JMML is a rare and serious form of leukemia that presents significant challenges for affected children and their families. Walt and his family are currently awaiting additional genetic testing to help guide her treatment plan. Once those results are available, the family plans to temporarily relocate to Memphis so she can receive specialized care at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This transition will allow her to access the medical expertise and resources needed during this difficult time.

Her treatment is expected to include an intensive course of chemotherapy, followed by a bone marrow transplant. The family is preparing for a demanding extended period of treatment and recovery away from work and home. Let’s provide them the financial relief to allow them the best care for their daughter while they fight this disease together.

Big news for our community! Livingston Parish Fire Protection District 4 is seeking voter approval to renew the existing $32 User Fee on the June 27, 2026, ballot. This fee is a critical part of our funding and has been used for decades to sustain the fire protection and emergency medical services you rely on every day. This is NOT a new tax!
