We are so grateful for the time, energy, and community that we have shared in this group. That said, we have reached a point where we (Cynthia & Jess) are unable to continue to lead this group.
If a couple of local moms feel called to continue this group, we can help to support in the transition. Otherwise, our plan is discontinued Mom2Mom Batesville for the time being.

Do you wish you had easy access to better postpartum care? Dr. Elizabeth Litmer, DPT, from University of St Augustine for Health Sciences invites you to participate in a 1 hour (anonymous) voluntary research study titled: “Pelvic Health Knowledge Acquisition, Perceptions, and Opinions of Rural Postpartum Women”. The purpose of this study is to explore how postpartum women in Southeastern Indiana construct their pelvic health knowledge and perceptions and opinions about pelvic health. Children often model what they see at home, which is why we will use week 3 of our Rock Solid Families parenting series to teach the personal boundaries behind healthy relationships.

We will give parents a very practical word picture to take home and teach to their children and we’ll be taking the plan we built in Session 2 and creating a foundation for healthy relationships and a strong and healthy home.

Interested in attending? This session is free to attend! Join us on Tuesday, February 18th, from 6:00 - 8:00 at Batesville Intermediate School. Free dinner is served from 6-6:30 pm and childcare is provided. Walk in's re welcome, but pre-registration is encouraged if you plan on joining for dinner or require childcare.
