We were honored to welcome Danielle Wojtaszczyk from Genesee County Foster Care to our recent Batavia Kiwanis meeting. Danielle spoke to our club about the foster care process in our county, helping us spread vital awareness about the critical need for safe, loving homes for local children.

The presentation shed light on both the realities of the foster care system and the incredible resilience of the children and families navigating it. It was a powerful reminder of how much of a difference a stable, caring environment can make in a child's life.

At Kiwanis, our core mission is supporting youth and families, and learning how we can better advocate for and support foster children in Genesee County is a crucial part of that work.

Thank you, Danielle, for taking the time to share your expertise, for your dedication to our community's children, and for inspiring us to get involved.

If you've ever wanted to learn more about fostering, volunteering, or how you can support local foster families, reach out to your local Department of Social Services to find out how you can help!

Each year, the Brockport Kiwanis Club takes on the challenge of feeding the athletes and volunteers partipatung in the Empire State Games for the Physically Challenged.

The Brockport Club reaches out to the other clubs in the Genesee Division to ensure there are enough hands on deck to successfully prepare 700 lunches.

🎤 MOVE OVER, KIWANIANS... THE NEXT GENERATION IS IN THE HOUSE! 😎💙💛

Our latest Kiwanis Club of Batavia meeting got a little extra energy when two outstanding high school seniors from our local Key Club joined us!

These young leaders stopped by to give us the scoop on what their club has been up to, and we couldn't be happier to hear from them! 🙌

Key Club is all about developing leadership, building character, and making our communities better through service. And these students are putting those values into action! 🌎❤️

A HUGE thank you to our Key Club guests for keeping us connected and reminding us why investing in tomorrow's leaders matters TODAY!

👏 Let's hear it for our Key Club members!

Pictures from our annual President's Night.

We celebrated outgoing President Reita Fletcher after her two-year term, inducted Peter Guppenberger as President, welcomed Brady Mateson as our newest member, presented Patrick Forsyth with a prestigious Hixon Fellowship and recognized several other members for their contributions. Whew... it was a lot (of fun!).

The Kiwanis Club of Batavia welcomes other positive, community minded persons to consider joining our club. We meet twice monthly for lunch at TF Browns.
