Who knew there was such a day! Respect the raccoon is what we’re hearing. Anyone have a camping story with the critter?

Hey Ladies, are you weary? Are you drained? Are you feeling tired?

One more question: Can you picture yourself camping next month with Summit?

EXPLORE with CURIOSITY

Dreamy footage from this month's Second Saturday hike 🤩

As warm light filtered through the canopy, we explored the Lakeside area of Buescher State Park, stopping to enjoy the little things that caught our eye.

Also a sneak peak of October's camping weekend for women featuring Guide Sarah. 🚺💪⛺

Not much can beat a morning campfire with coffee.
☕🔥🏕️

While it may be tough to imagine blankets & cozy layers at the moment, just try to imagine yourself here. You’ve started your day with an intentional, quiet TAWG (Time Alone With God) and then you come together, slowly, again intentionally, to seek what Jesus has for you and for the women around you.

While our guides have a schedule for these experiences, the schedule is not the goal, to do’s and timelines are not the goal. The goals are peace, Truth, rest, & Adventure.

Shoutout to our resident campfire extraordinaire, Jill Lake Smith, for building and feeding three fires for our women’s campout back in Feb. We’re hopeful for a campfire this trip, but we will follow any burn ban notices.

Ladies, come camp with us - Oct 23-25 in Smithville, TX.
