Tonight‘s overdose awareness event on Bardstown Court, Square was a beautiful reminder of while this Work matters. The butterflies were released. Names were spoken lives were remembered in our community, came together to bring awareness to an issue that affects far too many families this evening was only a small drop in a very big bucket overdose prevention. Education, awareness, and recovery are a fight. We continue every single day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who came out and still with us a very special thank you Tami Boblitt for the tremendous amount of time Hart and hard work she put in to the memorial display on the Square. Her contribution was truly invaluable and this evening simply would not have been the same without her. I also want to give a special thanks to city council woman Betty Hart without her guidance I could not have been successful in this event.
