We are a dedicated group of gardeners involved in educating the public about gardening in general in a variety of ways.

General information

We currently have 77 Certified Master Gardeners in the group. We meet monthly for fellowship and to discuss past and future plans for programs dedicated to gardening and for community involvement.

Blooming Bardstown Garden Tour; Annual scholarship for a high school senior entering the horticultural field; purchasing gardening books for the local library; numerous beautification projects for local nursing homes, government entities and non-profit organizations; Sponsoring a Community Garden for local people unable to have a garden on their own; gardening blog on the local newspaper's website.
