Baltimore City scholars, our community stands behind you! Organizations, businesses, neighbors, and friends have gathered supplies so that students start the school year with all the tools they need to succeed. Students and families can pick up supplies during two giveaway events:

📚 THIS SATURDAY, August 15 | Back to School Giveaway & Outreach
11AM-3PM at Studio10TEN10 (530 S. Conkling St)

📚 Sunday, August 23 | Back to School Cookout
12-5PM at Hit Me With Music Foundation (4025 Eastern Ave)

If you wish to make a donation of supplies, drop them off by Monday, August 21 at:

Gorgeous! This mural by Jaz Erenberg () was completed on a private residence in Highlandtown! According to the artist, "This floral arrangement was chosen for the meaning behind each plant. White poppies and olive branches symbolize peace. Magnolias symbolize perseverance. Honey Bees symbolize strong community and unity."

Congratulations to HarpVision, named "Best Wellness Brand" in Baltimore magazine's Best of Baltimore issue! We had the honor of working with HarpVision when they were awarded a Project Restore Highlandtown grant. The funding helped establish their shop at 406 S. Conkling St, now a wellness hub that is earning city-wide accolades!

We call it a "wellness hub" because HarpVision is *so much more* than a boutique for high-quality, vegan products; owners Tyron and April Harper work tirelessly to provide inclusive, health-focused resources and events that bring our community together. We are so proud of their dedication to serving neighbors and local artists through their participation the Highlandtown First Friday Art Walk (THIS FRIDAY, stop at HarpVision for a painting demo with artist , soulful house and Afro beats, and exclusive sales on luxe wellness products!)
