A full day of healing, connection, and nature — designed specifically for first responders and their families. Six hours away from the noise of the job. Equine-assisted learning, guided yoga, sound meditation, time with horses and goats, nature-based wellness activities, light breakfast, and lunch.

This is what training looks like. 🏳️‍🌈

Today we delivered our LGBTQIA+ Awareness session to a public safety agency in the region — a room full of first responders having a conversation that not every department is ready to have yet.

Every time we deliver this training, the same thing happens: the questions that come up that people have been holding for years. The things said out loud — maybe for the first time. The shift in the room when people realise this is not a lecture. It is a conversation.

That is what makes this training different. It was built by first responders who have sat in these same rooms, answered these same calls, and understand what lands and what does not.
