Calling all Veteran-Owned Businesses! 🛠️🍔🚗💼
Ballwin VFW Post 6274 wants to help shine a spotlight on the amazing veteran-owned businesses in our community! 🌟
We’re collecting info for a future Veteran-Owned Business resource — maybe a printed booklet 📖, maybe on our website 💻, maybe both! We’re still working out the details, but we’d love to start gathering names now.
If you own a veteran-owned business and would like to be included, please send your business info to:

• Company name: include contact info, website, etc
• Type of business
• Service area, if applicable
• Any discounts offered for veterans or seniors
• Any other details you’d like to share — we’ll include what we can as space allows.

The jackpot is $5600.00
Last drawing Card Number 10 was picked and the King of Spades was uncovered.
You now have a 1 in 36 chance of uncovering the Queen of Hearts
If a non-Queen of Hearts card is uncovered, you will win 10% or 20% of the weeks ticket sales.

Friday May 1: don't want to cook dinner? Stop by for some awesome BBQ! 3-7pm
Saturday May 2: Community Yard Sale, 9am-3pm. Stop by and find some new treasures.
Grab lunch or dinner from the BBQ from 11am-7pm
We'll also be collecting medical equipment like walkers,
wheelchairs and crutches for St. Louis Hospital Equipment
Lending Program (STL HELP) and non perishable food
and cleaning supplies for MO Veterans Endeavor (MOVE)
Sunday May 3: Last chance for BBQ for the spring! Starts at 11am.
AcoustiCatt will be performing on the Patio from 1-4. Bring a
chair, grab some lunch and hang out with us on a Sunday
afternoon!

The Veterans Of Foreign Wars Post 6274 will hold it's weekly Queen Of Hearts Raffle Drawing every Tuesday at 7:00 PM. The VFW is open to the public.
How it works:
Buy a Ticket(s) Put you name , phone number and one of the remaining numbers on the ticket you think the QOH is under. If we draw your name you win:
If we uncover:
2 – 10 you will win 10% of the weeks ticket sales
Any picture card including the aces (except the QOH you will win 20% of the weeks ticket sales
If we uncover the Queen Of Hearts – You win the Jackpot
Must be Present to win the total Jackpot
If not present you win 50%. of the jackpot
Tickets are $1.00 each. One name on each ticket. Must be 18 to play
Tickets may be purchased M-F 11 AM to 11 PM --- Sat. and Sun. 9 AM to 11 PM at the bar.
So come on in to enjoy some cold drinks, have something to eat, win some money and support your Veterans. All proceeds go to Veteran services.
