Thanks to our Chaplain Diana for her recent Buddy Poppy Drive and donations to our VFW. Over 175 Buddy Poppies were distributed at 3 separate locations on Memorial Day. While attending Service and events at 2 churches and an Elk’s Lodge. Diana shared Buddy Poppies and information about the designated VFW Flower. The donations were appreciated.

The Ballwin Post and Auxiliary VFW 6274 recently hosted a memorable Flag Burning Memorial Ceremony. Thanks to Post and Auxiliary members for their participation, along with Friends of the VFW, who volunteered to assist. Food was served, and guests were entertained by The 80's Retronerd Band.

Our VFW Auxiliary partnered with Post and was represented to recruit new members at the 2026 Air Show at Spirit of St Louis Airport.

Ballwin Auxiliary and Post 6274 extend our heartfelt condolences to members Sharon Waddell and {Daughter) Sheila for the recent passing of husband and father, Joe Waddell. He was a friend and volunteer at our Post for many years and will be missed by many members.

Our Ballwin Auxiliary has been ACTIVE!
We held a successful raffle to raise funds for Veteran Program donations. Members volunteered to sell tickets for several months.

Partnered with D12 Eureka Auxiliary to support Wreaths Across America. Contributed to exceeding their goal of 1000 wreaths purchased. We placed hundreds of wreaths at JB Cemetery.

Coordinated a stuffed animal donation for underserved children in St Louis City. This community effort was in support of City Slickers, Toys Across America & Pets Mart.

Delivered 100+ signed Christmas Holiday cards and gifts to the St Louis Veterans Home. The staff was elated to receive the items for our Veterans!

Members attended a Holiday Dinner hosted by our VFW Post 6274. The event recognized our District 12 essay winners.
