Ballwin Auxiliary and Post 6274 extend our heartfelt condolences to members Sharon Waddell and {Daughter) Sheila for the recent passing of husband and father, Joe Waddell. He was a friend and volunteer at our Post for many years and will be missed by many members.

Our Ballwin Auxiliary has been ACTIVE!
We held a successful raffle to raise funds for Veteran Program donations. Members volunteered to sell tickets for several months.

Partnered with D12 Eureka Auxiliary to support Wreaths Across America. Contributed to exceeding their goal of 1000 wreaths purchased. We placed hundreds of wreaths at JB Cemetery.

Coordinated a stuffed animal donation for underserved children in St Louis City. This community effort was in support of City Slickers, Toys Across America & Pets Mart.

Delivered 100+ signed Christmas Holiday cards and gifts to the St Louis Veterans Home. The staff was elated to receive the items for our Veterans!

Members attended a Holiday Dinner hosted by our VFW Post 6274. The event recognized our District 12 essay winners.

Our Ballwin Auxiliary & Post did a quick food pantry drive by asking members to bring canned goods and non-perishable foods to our November meeting.

This successful impromptu event resulted in a Food Pantry Donation of 100+ food items and cash, valued at $250.00! Members provided a variety of canned goods, spaghetti sauces, crackers, mixes for cookies, brownies and cakes, rice, stuffing, peanut butter, jelly, etc. The list goes on!

A Food Pantry volunteer helped Betty, Vets & Family Support Chair, unload the food.

Our Ballwin Auxiliary 6274 made a donation to the St Louis Veterans Home today. After checking to see what was needed for the 100 Vets in residence; we delivered washcloths, tooth brushes, tooth paste, shampoo, conditioner and other hygiene items. Thanks to our members and a friend of the VFW.

Our Ballwin Auxiliary donated 500+ Diapers and Wipes to victims of the recent St. Louis Tornado. Thanks to the St Louis Urban League for their drop-off location and community support.
