Sign ins from 8-9 am, RODEO STARTS AT 9 am!

Entries are open for you to get your rider in BEFORE FRIDAY ( April 10th )!!

it’s easier for us to get started on time so we don’t have everyone waiting!
If you’re new, we are on Saddlebook which is online so you will have to create an account and pick the events you are wanting, please don’t hesitate to message or email us.

Just reminding everyone that entries close today at 2 pm so please get your riders in !!!

If you’re new or are having trouble with saddlebook, please don’t hesitate to message or email us. We don’t want to have to wait until tomorrow morning with it being the first rodeo of season.

Also, in our previous post we have the paperwork that you can fill out and print and bring it tomorrow morning to make it easier for you and for us.

❗️❗️ATTENTION BYRC parents !! ❗️❗️
We hope everyone is having a wonderful year so far. We are excited to see returning riders and new ones!
A couple of things we want to communicate before this season starts up!

*This season, BYRC schedule is as follows:
-Second Saturday of each month
( for March, April, and May, Sign ins start at 8am, Rodeo start at 9am )

WE WON’T BE HAVING RODEOS IN JUNE, JULY, OR AUGUST

-Second Saturday of each month
(For September , October,and November, Sign ins start at 7am, Rodeo start at 8am )

Three less Rodeos means less days of income. Therefore awards will be given up to 5th place only ( it can change ) The positives of this is that the kids will have a greater incentive to try for top five.

*Also, each family is required to volunteer someone, 16 or older, for 1 of the 6 days of the season. Volunteer help has been our main handicap since we started in 2015.

❗️MARK YOUR CALENDARS ❗️

*PRE REGISTRATION NIGHT FEBRUARY 23RD @ 6-7 pm
-we will be sending an email out with all the forms as well so you can fill out all the forms and bring them on this night or day of rodeo ( it makes things easier for us if you already have these forms filled out the day of rodeo if you can’t make this night or just in general )

*FIRST RODEO DATE IS MARCH 14TH, SIGN INS @ 8am RODEO STARTS @ 9am !!!

*For the new riders/parents, we are using Saddlebook ( www.saddlebook.com ) which is online and you’ll need to create your rider an account.
-IF YOUR RIDER IS ONLY DOING MUTTON BUSTING, YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO PUT A HORSES NAME!! YOU CAN PUT N/A FOR THE HORSE NAME BUT IN ORDER FOR YOUR RIDER TO BE IN THE LINEUP, YOU HAVE TO PUT A NAME!!

*In closing, our BYRC team would like to formally thank all of you that have supported the BYRC all these years. We are always open to new ideas/suggestions from you as well. ~ Due to the weather for this Saturday, we will let everyone know by FRIDAY EVENING if rodeo is cancelled or not so KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR AN EMAIL OR ON HERE!

If it is cancelled, we will still do the awards ceremony either Saturday or plan another day but we are going to let everyone as soon as possible on Friday!

~The awards ceremony will be held RIGHT AFTER THE RODEO so make sure you stick around!

~Sign ups start at 8-9 AM, RODEO STARTS AT 9 AM !!!

~ENTRIES ARE OPEN ON SADDLEBOOK SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR RIDER IN BEFORE FRIDAY ( NOVEMBER 14th )
IT’S GOING TO BE A BUSY MORNING SO IF YOURE NEW, WE ASK YOU TO NOT WAIT UNTIL DAY OF RODEO TO COME SIGN UP. Message us and we can answer any questions you have!

~ALSO, we would like all of our kids to be a part of our opening ceremonies. So have your kids in Arena A at 9:00 o’clock please, no horses. We’ll give further instructions at that time. Feel free to call Randy with questions any time. 661-303-9299

~Cowboy Christmas is also this weekend, there will be vendors and a barrel race will be held as well!
