The PTO is excited to announce that we will be awarding THREE $250 New Teacher Grants for the 2026–2027 school year! ❤️🤍
✨ One Elementary Teacher Grant
✨ One Junior High Teacher Grant
✨ One High School Teacher Grant

These grants are available for teachers who are NEW to Axtell ISD for the upcoming school year. Teachers do not have to be new to teaching — just new to the district! 🤘

The grants are intended to help support classroom needs as teachers begin their journey at Axtell.

If you are interested in applying, please get with your campus principal for application information and details.

We are excited to welcome new educators to the Longhorn family and support them as they begin an amazing year! ❤️

Sydney has already been a wonderful PTO member, and we are so excited to officially announce that she is now joining the PTO Board! We can’t wait for her to help bring even more fun, ideas, and support to all of our “crazy ideas” for Axtell students, staff, and families! ❤️🤍

🎓❤️ We are proud to recognize our 2025–2026 Scholarship Recipients! ❤️🎓

This year, the PTO awarded four $500 scholarships to outstanding Axtell seniors as they begin their next chapter after graduation.

Axtell PTO is currently looking for dedicated parents and community members who are interested in serving on our PTO Board beginning this summer!

Being a board member means helping support our students, teachers, staff, and school community through events, planning, volunteering, fundraising, and more. We are looking for individuals who are willing to attend meetings, help at events, chair events when needed, and work as part of a team to make a positive impact at Axtell ISD.
