This week, 5 leaders from NAHREP Fox Valley showed up in a BIG way 🇺🇸

We traveled to Washington, D.C. for the NAHREP Spring Conference — and it was nothing short of transformational.

Over 3 powerful days, we:
✨ Connected with industry leaders from across the nation
✨ Gained strategies to elevate our chapter, our businesses, and our impact
✨ Represented OUR community at the highest level
We were honored to be recognized as Runner-Up Rookie Chapter of the Year — and while we didn’t take home the top spot, we stood shoulder-to-shoulder with chapters across the country. That means something. That’s momentum. That’s just the beginning. 💪
We also celebrated the release of the Hispanic Homeownership Report — highlighting key trends shaping our communities both locally and nationally. The message is clear: our community is driving the future of housing.
And on our final day… we got to work.

We took our voices to Capitol Hill to advocate for:
🏡 More housing inventory
📊 Federal tax incentives to support affordable development
🤝 Immigration reform — essential to our economy
💼 Recognition of the Hispanic community’s economic impact

We had the opportunity to meet with legislative leaders representing Illinois and made sure our voices were heard loud and clear. And we’re not stopping here — we will continue to follow up and push for real change.
