This summer, GROW (Getting Ready for Opportunities in Work) is helping students with disabilities, ages 14–21, build confidence and skills for the future through hands-on learning right here in their own community.

From job exploration and work-based experiences to self-advocacy and career readiness training, each day is designed to prepare students for success in work and beyond.
