Last week was a safe, spooky, and spectacular time, and we've got the photos to prove it.📷

🎃From pumpkin patch team outings (BIG thanks to Thomas Family Farm) to pumpkin contests that got way more competitive than anyone expected, our participants & staff understood the assignment.
🦸‍♂️Costumes galore, from to "wait, what ARE you?!" brought the energy.

We hope your was a treat, and until next year, October...we're already plotting our group outfits & pumpkin inspirations.

is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), a time to celebrate the contributions of workers with disabilities.

At Orion, we believe everyone deserves the chance to contribute, lead, and thrive. And the data backs us up. 📈
The latest Jobs Report from the UNH Institute on Disability and Kessler Foundation, accessed via the Center for Research on Disability, found that employment for people with disabilities reached 40.3%.

We're thrilled to share that the work being done at Orion shaped our Curriculum & Instruction Specialist, John Williams, latest article.
The piece highlights the importance of workforce curriculum design, competency mapping, employer partnerships, and asset-based approaches that help build stronger talent pipelines. As an aerospace manufacturing dedicated to creating paths to employment, we see this as a powerful reminder that workforce development is more than a pathway to employment.
