Today, we recognize the history of Columbus Day while honoring the cultures, contributions, and resilience of Indigenous peoples. May today be a reminder to reflect, learn, and celebrate the diverse stories that shape our communities. 💙

Sometimes, a little fresh air, a walk by the water, or a familiar face can make a bigger difference than we realize. This World Mental Health Day, the Friends of Emerson encourage our community to take a moment for themselves, check in on one another, and remember that even the smallest moments of connection matter.

Trick-or-treating around the park is even better when the tables get spooky! We can’t wait to see all the creative, festive decorations as our community comes together for a day of Halloween fun.

Don’t forget, our Decoration Contest is your chance to show off your creativity and bring your Halloween spirit to life!

Which table will take home the bragging rights?
