Tri-County Conference Meeting Reminder - This Sunday, April 27 for a regular AA meeting at 12:00 p.m.
(Steering Committee arrive for 11:30 a.m.)

** Don’t forget, we’ve moved meeting locations to Clawson United Methodist Church, 205 N Main St., Clawson, MI 48017 ** (Use the Broadacre Street entrance, enter under the blue awning
and come straight down the stairs.)

Please invite any alcoholics with a willingness to be of service (friends, sponsors, sponsees, etc.). We have open positions on the General Committee and opportunities for volunteering at the Conference.

The steering Committee will meet at 10am and the General Conference Committee will meet at 12 pm noon for an AA meeting (optional).

Please help us spread the word about the fundraising event (mystery auction / speaker meeting) on 7/20! Attached is the flyer, please start sharing with your groups and friends.

Please also ask your groups if they are willing to 1.) Contribute a mystery auction item ($5-$25 and can be anything), 2.) Contribute some money (e.g. $10-$20) for refreshments (pop, water, snacks,etc), or 3.) If they just want to contribute money directly to the fundraiser.

Keep in mind it’s a fundraiser for the AA Intergroup and to help support the Al-Anon committee!

We will need help! We will need greeters, help setting up/cleaning up, running the auction, etc.

If you are willing/available to help out or if you have any questions please reach out to me (231-357-2042).
