Global Mental Health Event to Be Held in Dhaka
🌍 Dhaka, June 2026: An international mental health awareness and community engagement event, titled "GO Mental Health: A Global Journey for Mental Health," is scheduled to take place in Dhaka on June 13.
🧠 The event is part of a broader initiative led by US-based organization Psycle INC, which aims to visit 100 countries to facilitate discussions on mental health, wellbeing, resilience, and community connection. According to the organizers, the project involves meeting people from different countries, collecting personal stories, and exploring perspectives on mental health and emotional wellbeing.
✈️ Bangladesh is one of several countries included in the initiative's ongoing global journey. Prior to arriving in Dhaka, the team visited a number of countries across North America and Europe, including the United States, Canada, Italy, Spain, France, Switzerland, Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Austria.
🤝 The Dhaka program will include a variety of activities, such as meditation, yoga, acoustic music, community art, storytelling, interviews, networking sessions, and discussions related to mental health and wellbeing. Organizers state that the event is open to individuals interested in learning, sharing experiences, and engaging with others in a community setting.
📍 The event will be held on Saturday, June 13, from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM at Sandra, House 9, Block B, Aftabnagar Avenue Road, Badda, Dhaka.
🎤 The program is hosted by Psycle INC in collaboration with Psycle, 4M TV USA, 4M Virtual Clinic, Walk To Serenity, Lost & Found Retreat, and Dhaka Washington News Network.
