The Arlington Lions Club would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the groups who marched in yesterday’s Memorial Day Parade honoring the brave individuals who fought to keep us free. This year’s theme, “We Remember,” was proudly reflected throughout the parade by the wonderful community spirit and participation shown by all.

Guest speaker Don Keelan shared a meaningful message, reminding everyone that the soldiers we honor made a commitment to defend our freedoms and paid the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Congratulations to our parade award winners:

🥇 1st Place – Maia Hill-McDermott
🥈 2nd Place – Arlington Youth Baseball/Softball
🥉 3rd Place – Smokey the Bear & the Arlington Fire Department

Thank you to everyone who helped make this meaningful day so special for our community.
