As part of our 30th anniversary celebration, we're excited to share a new video interview with Don Keelan, who reflects on the vision, determination, and community spirit that made our library building a reality 30 years ago.

Don shares the story of the incredible courage shown by the Board of Trustees, whose leadership and commitment helped turn a dream into the beautiful library we enjoy today. He also recognizes the many townspeople whose generosity, hard work, and support made the project possible.

A special thank you goes to John Davies, who served as Clerk of the Works and helped guide the construction, and to Verrall Keelan, whose charming painted mailbox became our beloved book drop—a memorable touch that continues to welcome library visitors today.

We hope you'll take a few minutes to watch this wonderful piece of our library's history and celebrate the people who helped build not just a building, but a lasting community treasure. ❤️📚

A huge thank you to GNAT TV for filming and preparing this video!
