What a fun Saturday of dancing!
Started the day with the Down Syndrome Association of Maryland Walk-a-thon at beautiful West Covington Park in Baltimore! RhythmXpress, Inc walked, danced, and made new friends!
And ended the day with a costume dance party at Annapolis Family Physical Therapy & Wellness Services 👻 Had a blast and saw some amazing costumes (got too busy dancing to take pictures of a lot of them- please share photos if you were there and looking fabulous!)

2 possible new classes dropping soon...but I want to know which YOU want to try? A small group class that includes personalized body mapping for improved alignment awareness? OR a high energy group class with exercises set to upbeat music?

So excited to be growing my pilates practice outside of the living room! Pilates first took off (100 years ago! 😲) as a restorative practice in the dance community, and is such a great cross-training activity for dancers! And it's an amazing, highly adaptive movement practice for anyone looking for increased stability and mobility!
