Dr. Stephanie Lin shares why membership matters.

Dentistry is evolving—and for dentists in Northern Virginia, having a strong professional voice has never been more important. The Northern Virginia Dental Society (NVDS) is the leading dental organization in our region, providing advocacy, support, and representation for local dentists through its direct connection to the Virginia Dental Association (VDA) and the American Dental Association (ADA).

Beyond hosting engaging social events and high-quality continuing education courses for dentists, NVDS connects members to a powerful network that extends beyond Northern Virginia. As part of organized dentistry, members gain access to resources that protect, advance, and strengthen the dental profession at the local, state, and national levels.

From dental continuing education and exclusive cost-saving benefits to leadership development and legislative advocacy that directly impacts your dental practice, NVDS supports dentists at every stage of their careers—from new associates to experienced practice owners and those approaching retirement.

If you’re a dentist practicing in Northern Virginia, NVDS is more than a membership—it’s your professional home.
