I'm a CrossFit coach focused on helping athletes move better, train with purpose, and build confidence inside and outside the gym.

My goal as a coach is that by using functional movement, my athletes will be well equipped to face real life challenges, and have an overall improvement in their quality of life.

I've competed at the Age Group CrossFit Games and currently hold my CF-L1.

Whether you're new to CrossFit or are a seasoned athlete, my goal is to have you become someone who moves with a high degree of skill and intentionality. On top of that, we will also build your capacity to move well at both a high intensity and high volume.

I specialize in Olympic, weightlifting, and overall strength development.

Outside the gym, I love to listen to music and watch the UFC and college wrestling.

This week at ECFC, we aren't just training for fitness—we are training to honor those who gave everything. Every WOD this week will be dedicated to the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. These workouts are intentionally challenging. They are designed to push us to a place of discomfort, where we can reflect on the courage, service, and sacrifice of our fallen heroes. It’s not about PRs, it's about paying respect. As we head into Memorial Day weekend, we take time to remember and honor the brave heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Saturday:
Murph. Doors open at 7am, first heat goes off at 8am. Come early, get fueled up at the Performance Coffee Bar, then stay for the Recovery BBQ!

Monday:
Crossfit 8am (Choose a Hero WOD or Murph if you are unable to attend Saturday)
Fitness/Open Gym: 8am - 11am

IT'S MURPH WEEK!

Whether it's your first time or 15th time, here's a few tips and tricks that may be of help and also a little info as to what to expect (with a few cool things that are new this year!)

Doors Open @ 7:00am
Heats Start @ 8:00am and release every 10 minutes after

Strategy options:
-Full “Murph Rx” - Straight through with 20 #/14 # vest
-Full “Murph” - Straight through with no vest
-Partitioned “Murph” - 20 Rds of 5/10/15 or 10 Rds of 10/20/30
-Half “Murph” or Partnered “Murph” - Run all or together, Half or split the Pull-up/Push-up/Squat Reps

Performance Coffee Bar: be sure and get here early and hit up the "performance coffee bar" and fuel up on some caffeine and healthy carbs!

Recovery Area: we'll have a designated area available along with tools and instructions to help get you cooled down and recovered in a flash!

The “Recovery” BBQ: yup, we're making it a thing. We'll provide the BBQ, look for the sign up sheet and let us know what side you're bringing!

I’m Haley, a CF-L1 trainer focused on functional fitness and Olympic lifting, always prioritizing quality movement and technique. I love coaching because I enjoy motivating people of all ages and backgrounds to discover what their bodies are capable of when they push beyond their limits! Not only is CrossFit fun because of the community, but it has challenged me to be disciplined in all areas of my life. I grew up playing basketball and lacrosse so sports, fitness, and weightlifting have and always will be a huge passion of mine! I’m a full time ICU nurse but whenever I’m not at work or the gym I enjoy walks with my dog Piper, listening to music, playing pickleball, and eating cheeseburgers!

Credentials: CF-L1, ACLS, BLS

Favorite movement: Power or squat cleans!! But I love a heavy barbell regardless.
