Anderson Emergency Soup Kitchen The mission of Anderson Emergency Kitchen is to help address hunger and food insecurity needs. Full meal lunches are served 10:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m., M-F.

Bag lunches distributed from parking lot, 11:00 a.m., Saturdays. 1527 S. Main St., Anderson, SC. Anderson Emergency Kitchen is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. It is a Registered Charity in the State of South Carolina. Donations are tax deductible. In service since 1982. WHAT WE DO
•Prepare and serve hot, nutritious takeaway meals, 10:45-11:45 a.m., Monday-Friday
•Coordinate with area churches

and groups to provide bag lunches on Saturday mornings
•Distribute Blessings Bags for Christmas and Easter

We were blessed with a visit from Mr. Prince Wimbley, a member of the Board for the Dabo's All-In Team Foundation on Friday. Prince was friendly, fun to be around and made everyone smile from volunteers to visitors. The Dabo's All-In Team Foundation's mission is to raise awareness of critical education and health issues in order to change the lives of people across the state of South Carolina. Anderson Emergency Kitchen says a big "Thank You!" to the Knights of Columbus, Council 8295, for collaborating with St. Joseph Catholic School/Church in their annual food drive competition. These gentlemen came out on a cold day and delivered much-needed bounty to us. Thank you!!
