On Monday night we had the opportunity to interview Tico, an accomplished guitarist, musical director, arranger, and band leader currently touring with Lauren Alaina 🎸

Over the years, Tico has shared the stage with major country artists, performed on national tours, and built a reputation as one of the top live musicians and band leaders in Nashville. He previously performed with our founder Susie Brown’s band, the JaneDear girls, and has now spent the last 11 years helping lead Lauren Alaina’s live show while traveling on the road.

From Lauren’s rise as an American Idol runner up to becoming a Grand Ole Opry member with multiple hit songs and award nominations, it was inspiring hearing more about the musicians behind the scenes who help bring these performances to life night after night.
