Write down what you need ahead of time, such as snacks, sensory tools, comfort items, tickets, or paperwork, and check things off as you go. This can reduce last-minute stress and help make the day feel more predictable for both you and your child.

It does not have to be perfect, just simple, organized, and supportive of your family’s needs.
