In this episode, Elizabeth gets REAL about adult friendship: how we define a friend matters, why our relationships change, the expectations we bring into them, and the ways we may unknowingly make connection harder than it needs to be. We’ll talk about letting go of the idea of the “perfect” friend, understanding that friendships have seasons, and recognizing the part we play in building the community we long for. Because maybe the answer isn’t just finding better friends—it’s learning how to be one.

Thursday night was one was for the record books!!! We had a sold out crowd to talk about Friendship, FOR REAL! Holland got us singing and laughing to start the night off. Elizabeth encouraged us to define friendship and ask our friends to do the same. Friendship as a kid seemed effortless. As adults? Not so much. Our friends often take a back seat to careers, family, busy schedules, the demands of everyday life, and the fear of putting ourselves out there. We long to be known, supported and connected, yet many women quietly wonder, ‘Why is making and keeping friends so hard?’

So, this month, we’re hitting the reset button on friendship. Together, we’ll talk honestly about friendships - the kind that’s rooted in Relationships, Encouragement, Authenticity and Laughter. Whether you’re surrounded by friends, feeling lonely in a crowded room, or simply wanting to strengthen the relationships you already have, you’ll leave with practical encouragement, a fresh perspective and be reminded that you were never meant to do life alone.
