Today’s Builder Panel: From Vendor to Valued Partner brought together professionals from across our industry for lunch, networking, SMC Board Elections, and a fantastic conversation about what it really takes to build lasting business relationships.

One of the biggest takeaways? Being a valued partner goes far beyond simply providing a product or service. It’s about earning trust, solving problems, showing up, understanding your clients’ needs, and consistently bringing value to the relationship. 🤝
