Congratulations to our BBGH Diabetic Ed Team!

Each spring, the Bryan Health Diabetes Education Conference is held in Lincoln. This May, Box Butte General Hospital was ranked as the second highest hospital in the program for improving patients’ overall A1C levels through diabetes education! Our patients experienced an average 4.4% reduction in A1C levels before and after completing diabetes education.

This achievement highlights our team’s strong commitment to delivering high-quality diabetes education and helping patients improve their overall diabetic health.

The Box Butte General Hospital Board of Trustees meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 2026 has been postponed to Thursday, May 28, 2026 due to a lack of a quorum.

The meeting will be held at the hospital in the Alliance Room at 7:00 PM.
The public is always welcome to attend.
