Not all participation is the same.

There’s a difference between informing young people... and empowering them to help make decisions.

At Snow-Redfern, we believe youth voice becomes most powerful when decision - making is shared.

A quick reminder—and an open invitation.

Tomorrow (May 1) is the final day to apply for our Partnership Project Learning Lab & Grant.

This isn’t just funding. It’s a space to explore what it means to share decision-making with youth, learn alongside others, and build something more participatory—together.

If you’ve been considering it, there’s still time:

Today we’re celebrating the incredible Amy Gullion 💛

Amy began her journey in 1986 as a house parent at the Nebraska Boys Ranch, caring for and walking alongside youth each day through 2009. After some time away, she returned in 2016 as our Executive Assistant—bringing that same heart, dedication, and steady presence with her.

Today, she keeps us organized, grounded, and deeply connected to our roots. This year marks 40 years of Amy’s impact across the life of this organization.

She is one of the kindest, most thoughtful people you’ll ever meet, and we are so grateful she’s part of our story.

Happy Administrative Professionals Day, Amy—we celebrate you today and always. 🌿
