"That’s a wrap on Virtual NTI 2026 !!! 💫🫀💻🧠

While this year looked a little different than originally planned, I am SO grateful I was still able to tune in virtually, earn my CEs, network with nurses from all over, and feel that NTI magic (even from my living room)!! Feeling so inspired and blessed to be a critical care nurse 🥹

📍 next stop: Indianapolis for NTI 2027!"

"Monday highlights from NTI in San Diego included hearing best-selling author Light Watkins deliver his powerful keynote, "The Hidden Power of Presence."

In a world where many of us are navigating layers of stress, chronic fatigue, competing priorities, and constant demands, Light reminded us of something profoundly simple yet transformative: the power of being fully present. His message challenged us to pause, reset, and reconnect with ourselves and those around us. Through practical tools and his thoughtful framework, he offered strategies for finding clarity, resilience, and purpose amid the noise.

Equally inspiring was hearing from Rebekah Marsh, BSN, RN, CCRN, so eloquently bring to life the theme of "On Purpose." Her message reminded us that leadership is not about choosing between one thing or another; it is about embracing the "ands." We can be strong and vulnerable. Confident and curious. Leaders and learners.

Together, these messages reinforced the importance of creating environments grounded in psychological safety, true collaboration, healthy work environments, and purposeful leadership. They challenged us to be intentional about how we show up for ourselves, our colleagues, and the patients and families we serve.

If you missed these incredible keynote sessions at NTI in San Diego, you still have an opportunity to experience them through Virtual NTI. Trust me, you do not want to miss it.

I can't wait to watch these inspiring sessions again and continue reflecting on the lessons they shared." - AACN President Elect Tonka Williams

"Pride Month is a celebration of authenticity, courage, and love.

This year, I’m grateful for the life I’ve built with my husband, Manny Cosme, CPA , and for the opportunity to live, love, and lead as my authentic self.

Recently, I was inspired by a message from AACN President-Elect Tonka Williams, DNP, MHA, RN, CMSRN: Every Voice. Every Story. Every Table.

It’s a reminder that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and welcomed.

Here’s to building communities and healthcare environments where everyone has a seat at the table.

Happy Pride. 🌈❤️" - Christopher Reyes, MSN, RN, CCRN, CPN via LinkedIn

"Attended the AACN National Teaching Institute & Critical Care Exposition for the first time ever, and it was an incredible experience!

Being surrounded by passionate critical care nurses, educators, and innovators reinforced why I chose this field. From learning about evolving best practices in CVICU care to engaging in meaningful conversations around patient outcomes and interdisciplinary collaboration, I’m leaving inspired and motivated to bring new ideas back to my unit.

Grateful for the opportunity to grow and connect with such an amazing community." - Jasmine Clark, BSN, RN, CCRN via LinkedIn
