Last May 16th, we did it. Together, we raised $10,000 for the 10th Anniversary of Trek Relief. 🏔️✨

What does that actually mean?

That's 2–3 new Program Directors. That's 10+ new Trip Leaders. That's communities across the world that Trek Relief will reach in the next decade that we couldn't reach today.

To everyone who walked through those doors last night — thank you for making me feel every single year of this work in the best possible way. To everyone who donated from across the world — I want you to know that your generosity reached further than you can imagine. You didn't just donate to a campaign. You invested in people.

Meet Harmony Riveros — Peru Program Director and the mind behind Trek Relief's Clean Energy Solutions program.

She joined as a participant in Patagonia in 2023 — and less than a year later, she was running her own program in Peru, installing solar panels at two orphanages in the Sacred Valley, benefiting 41 children and staff.

Meet Candice Young — founder, Nepal Program Director, and the spark behind Trek Relief.

After witnessing the devastation of the 2015 earthquake in Nepal's Langtang Valley, she couldn't just go home. She fundraised. She went back. She built something.

Ten years ago, Trek Relief was one person with a passport and a purpose.

Today it's Nepal. Patagonia. Mongolia. Peru.

Four programs. Hundreds of participants. 30 landmark treks. Communities changed.

This didn't happen because of one person. It happened because we found others who shared the fire — and gave them the tools to lead.
