Our last week of our Marathon in May for Mental Health is here! Thank you for your support and participation, we hope you have been having fun!

This week’s challenge is all about curiosity, exploration, and stepping outside of our usual routines. Sometimes a new environment, trail, neighborhood, or view can help us reconnect with ourselves and experience a small shift in perspective.

Your Challenge This Week:
• Log your miles while exploring somewhere new
• Take a photo from the new place you discovered
• Share it and tag us

Congratulations to our Week 3 Challenge Winner: Bryson Bond🏆 who will receive a $50 gift card! We hope you had a good triathlon training session with your friend.

Week 3 of our Marathon in May for Mental Health is here, and this week’s challenge is all about connection🤝

Whether it’s a walk with your partner, a hike with friends, or a family stroll after dinner, moving with others reminds us that mental health is not something we navigate alone.

Your Challenge This Week:
• Log your miles
• Take a photo with family or friends while you move
• Share it and tag us

Congratulations to our Week 2 Challenge Winner: Sydney Bond🏆 who will receive a $50 gift card! One of the most meaningful parts of this event has been seeing people come together, and last week Sydney and her family shared a photo of their beautiful hike in Adam’s Canyon. Thank you for your support!

Celebrating community and connection at the Alhambra Lunar New Year Festival 🧧✨

Pelican Cove was honored to be out sharing resources, activities, and support with families and community members. Our mission is simple: create spaces where people can talk, heal, and thrive.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, colored with us, asked questions, and learned more about the mental health services we provide. Community care starts with conversation. 💙

Today, we share a bittersweet update as we prepare to say goodbye to someone who has shaped Pelican Cove in the most meaningful ways.

For the past five years, Paula has poured her heart, her vision, and her unwavering dedication into this organization. What began as an idea has become a thriving center of support because she believed in it—and because she believed in every person we serve.

Paula’s leadership strengthened our programs, expanded our mission, and touched countless lives with compassion and dignity. She has been the heartbeat of Pelican Cove, and we are who we are today because of the foundation she built.

While we are deeply sad to see her step down as Executive Director, we are even more grateful for the legacy she leaves behind. Her impact will continue to live within our community for years to come.

Please join us in thanking Paula for everything she has given and in wishing her endless success, joy, and fulfillment in her next chapter.
💚 With gratitude,
The Pelican Cove Family
