Providing safety and supportive services to diverse men, women, and children affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse in Kewaunee County. MISSION STATEMENT

Violence Intervention Project creates change by offering help, building hope and supporting families and communities. Our vision is all people are believed, respected and safe. Our values are:
We honor survivors through e

mpowerment. We nurture through supportive services and choice. We value diversity and welcome all. We create change through education. We embrace our community and their support. We believe we cannot-by words, action, or attitudes-attempt to remove any power belonging to the individual. Knowing we do not have the ability to determine what is appropriate for another person’s life, we accept our role as that of encouragement, support and empowerment as victims and survivors make decisions only they have the right to make.

❤️The hardest part isn’t always finding the courage to leave. Sometimes it’s what comes next.
🧡It’s walking into a new apartment with your kiddos and realizing there’s no bed to sleep on. It’s trying to rebuild your life while starting over with almost nothing.
💛This is the reality many of the individuals and families at VIP’s Transitional Living Program face.
💚Every day, we meet survivors who are working hard to rebuild their lives.

They have found safety, but now they need the basics: a bed, a dresser, kitchen supplies, and other household items needed to start over.

💜That’s where our community can help.
We’re asking for your support by purchasing an item from our Amazon or Walmart Wishlist. Every item donated helps make a new house feel a little more like home for someone starting over.
💙If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this post. A simple share helps us reach more people and means more than you may realize. Thank you for continuing to support the individuals and families we serve throughout Kewaunee County.

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month! 💙

This month isn't just about awareness; it's about breaking the silence, building supportive communities, and showing up for one another.

Whether you’re thriving, surviving, or struggling, you are never alone! It’s okay not to be okay, and asking for support is courageous.

🤍 We need your help. Once again, VIP is asking for support from our community. We are running low on self-care and hygiene items for victims and survivors leaving unsafe situations.

🤍 Many people come to us with very little, and even small items can bring comfort during a difficult time.

If you are able, please consider purchasing an item from our Amazon wishlist linked below. If you can’t donate, sharing this post would mean so much to us. Thank you for continuing to support survivors in our community. 🤍
